Open seating for ticket holders will be either Table seating (10 per table) or theatre style
seating (as determined by conference leadership based on registrations). We have reserved
both the Willamette Ballroom and the Santiam Ballroom for this conference. If either or both
ballrooms are full, our conference leadership team may decide to simulcast a portion of the
conference to either or both ballrooms to maximize the experience. Note: If you have a group
